Our Savior, Jesus Christ, and the good Lord called his son, Jeffrey Paul Talko, 58, of Cresson, home on Tuesday at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. He was born in Chicago, the son of Eugene and the late Carolyn (Campagna) Talko. He is survived by his father, Eugene, and wife, Brenda; his loving wife of 32 years, Lizbeth “Beth” (Schettig); children, Ryne and Erin; sisters, Valerie, wife of Frank Plewa, and Michele Talko; and brother, Gregg, and wife Kristen; and stepsister, Jordan (Josh) Barroner. Joseph Allen Troutman, 71, Altoona, passed away Sunday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Beanie and Rose (Sinisi) Troutman. He is survived by his loving wife, Marlene; daughters, Tara Troutman and Lynsay Montgomery; a son, Dwaine Harris; grandchildren: Mayson Becker, Zyle Smith, George Jackson-Shepard, Gaheim Jackson and Niobe Jackson; a sister, Dawn J. Desborough; and his aunt, Karen. Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025, at Santella Funeral Home. A brief military service will be held at 6 p.m. by the Blair County Veterans Honor Guard.

Reginald S. Arford, 66, of Hollidaysburg, passed away peacefully on Sunday at UPMC Passavant, McCandless. He was born in Altoona, the son of the late Clair R. and Louise (Brown) Arford.
