Douglas C. Kelly

Douglas C. Kelly, 73, Johnstown, formerly of Altoona, passed away Saturday morning at Hilltop Heights Health and Rehab Center, Johnstown. He was born in Buffalo, N.Y., son of the late James A. and M. Frances (Hill) Kelly. He is survived by his brother, Michael (Barbara), of Ithaca, N.Y. Douglas was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He retired as a clerk for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements are by The Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave. Altoona.

Patricia A. ‘Pat’ Wall

Patricia A. “Pat” Wall, 91, of Altoona, passed away Sunday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Robert J. and Dorothy M. (Hughes) Tierney. Surviving are three sons: Mark L., Michael R. and John P.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert J. Tierney Jr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur “Bill,” on April 1, 1995; and a sister, Sylvia Astrid Tierney. Pat was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. At the request of the family, all services will be private. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery.
