Funtal-Noel, 19, no fixed address, charged by Altoona police with escape, flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest and false identification to law enforcement authorities on the 800 block of Seventh Avenue on May 2. Charge of escape was dismissed; other charges were held for court May 15.
