Are you looking for a program that helps boys learn about citizenship, character and personal fitness? Cub Scout Pack 3331 will host a free Bluebird Box Build at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 5, at St. Mary's Church Social Hall in Hollidaysburg.
Pennsylvania Game Commission officers will conduct a Bluebird Conservation Program, including construction of a full-size bluebird nesting box.
Cub Scout Pack 3331 is open to boys in kindergarten through fifth grade. The program emphasizes citizenship, character development and personal fitness while providing opportunities for Scouts to build friendships, learn about their communities and help others.
Activities include Pinewood Derby car and Raingutter Regatta boat races, summer camp, visits to fire stations, hiking and biking.
The pack meets at 6 p.m. Mondays during the school year at St. Mary's Church Social Hall. Families are welcome to attend a meeting and learn more about the program.
