Beverly Mae Mingle, 83, of Martinsburg, died Monday. She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late W. Earnest and Cora (McCall) Frye. Beverly was a graduate of Morrisons Cove High School-Bean Hill and a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Williamsburg. Surviving are daughters, Marsha Himes of Martinsburg and Bobbi Albright (Jerry) of Martinsburg; grandsons, Thad and Brady Albright; and siblings, Janet Kipe and Charles Frye. Karan A. Pasquariello, 78, Altoona, passed away Tuesday at Garvey Manor Nursing Home, Hollidaysburg. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Peter “Pete” and Rosella (Martin) Pasquariello. Karan is survived by many cousins and friends. She was a 1965 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School and later retired as an office clerk from PennDOT. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, where she was a cantor and sang in the choir. Karan was a very talented artist, working mostly in oil paints and watercolors.
