Karan A. Pasquariello, 78, Altoona, passed away Tuesday at Garvey Manor Nursing Home, Hollidaysburg. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Peter "Pete" and Rosella (Martin) Pasquariello.
Karan is survived by many cousins and friends.
She was a 1965 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School and later retired as an office clerk from PennDOT.
She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, where she was a cantor and sang in the choir.
Karan was a very talented artist, working mostly in oil paints and watercolors.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Santella Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Karan can be made to the Mount Carmel Restoration Fund, 806 11th St., Altoona, PA 16602; or to Sister Paula's Soup Kitchen, 2201 Union Ave., Altoona PA 16602.
