Martinsburg man held in head-on high speed crash
A Martinsburg man is accused of causing a vehicle crash after allegedly driving over 90 mph in a 35 mph zone, resulting in life-threatening injuries for another driver. Draven Daniel Ahern, 22, was arraigned Wednesday by Magisterial District Judge Andrew L. Blattenberger on a felony count of aggravated assault by vehicle, a misdemeanor count of recklessly endangering another person and three summary traffic offenses.
