Ricky E. "Rick" Russell, 73, of Altoona, passed away Monday. He was born in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Grant E. and Vivian E. "Erma" (Fife) Russell. Surviving are sons, Jared Russell (Angell) of Land O Lakes, Fla., and Christopher Russell of Madison, Wis.; and their mother, Pam Russell; grandchildren, Rosalie and Reid Russell; and sisters, Melinda "Mindy" Johnston (Daren) of Penn Run and Beth A. Bowman (Sam) of Williamsburg. A private Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at Fink & Stone Funeral Home, Williamsburg. Inurnment will be at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
