BLAIRSVILLE — Crosby Denis shot a 39 to earn medalist honors and lift Hollidaysburg to a 132-137 win over River Valley on Monday in nine-hole high school girls golf action at Chestnut Ridge Country Club on Monday. The Altoona girls tennis team won the Mountain Lion Invitational on Friday, besting DuBois, Indiana and Tyrone in high school action at Mansion Park. The Lady Lions defeated Tyrone, 5-0, in the semifinals behind singles wins from Courntey Irwin, Isabella Graham and Andie Adams, along with doubles victories from the teams of Skylar Irwin-Emma Hovan and Ryleigh Campbell-Ava Williams.
