From Mirror reports Five area wrestlers, including two each from Tyrone and Glendale, were named No. 1 seeds for the District 6 Class 2A Tournament at the zoom seeding meeting on Tuesday night. Tyrone’s Korry Walls (106) and Ashton Sipes (132) and Glendale’s Zeke Dubler (160) and Suds Dubler (172) were announced as top seeds, as was Penn Cambria’s Trent Hoover (126). WINGATE — The seventh-seeded Tyrone wrestling team had a heck of a day in the District 6 Class 2A Duals semifinals and finals on Saturday at Bald Eagle Area High School. First, the Golden Eagles avenged a recent nail biting two-point loss to third-seeded Huntingdon, 39-21, in the semifinals. Judge ready to rule on McCort-PIAA case
