From Mirror reports A day after getting North Carolina’s Puff Johnson from the transfer portal, the Penn State men’s basketball team landed one-time Georgetown and Maryland center Qudus Wahab on Thursday. The transfer was reported by Lions 247. Wahab, listed at 6-foot-11, 245 pounds, has one year of eligibility left. From Mirror reports UNIVERSITY PARK -- Penn State tight end Theo Johnson has been charged with two misdemeanors in connection with a Feb. 11 incident at a State College fraternity. According to the Centre Daily Times, Johnson was charged Wednesday with simple assault and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors, for punching a man in the face after being asked to leave the frat party because he didn’t have a wristband. UNIVERSITY PARK — The Penn State women’s basketball team signed three transfers, Tay Valladay (Virginia), Grace Hall (Wabash) and Kylie Lavelle (Drexel) through the portal on Wednesday. Valladay will use her final year of eligibility as a Lady Lion, and Hall and Lavelle have three years of eligibility remaining. UNIVERSITY PARK —The No. 3 Penn State men’s volleyball team is the EIVA Tournament champion thanks to a 3-0 (25-14, 25-18, 25-22) sweep over No. 15 Princeton on Saturday night at Rec Hall.
