From Mirror reports UNIVERSITY PARK — The Penn State women’s basketball team, the No. 1 seed, picked up an 84-80 overtime win over George Mason in the Jordan Cent Thursday night in the Women’s Basketball Invitational Tournament. The Lady Lions (20-12) will host Belmont on Monday night in the second round. Penn State, which led 19-7 early in the first quarter, finished shooting 42 percent from the field and more than doubled George Mason up in the paint by a 50-24 clip.
