UNIVERSITY PARK -- Penn State was a winner in the annual Blue-White Game as the Blue defeated the White, 10-0, on Saturday afternoon at Beaver Stadium. Despite pre-game rain, Penn State estimated attendance at 63,000. Projected starting quarterback Drew Allar completed 19-of-30 passes for 202 yards and a touchdown. It’s fitting that Penn State also chose Thursday afternoon to introduce new basketball coach Mike Rhoades. After his press conference, there should be a lot of optimism among PSU hoops fans, as was evident by the Legion of Blue student section that was on hand at the Bryce Jordan Center.
