UNIVERSITY PARK — Penn State was a winner in the annual Blue-White Game as the Blue defeated the White, 10-0, on Saturday afternoon at Beaver Stadium.
Despite pre-game rain, Penn State estimated attendance at 63,000.
Projected starting quarterback Drew Allar completed 19-of-30 passes for 202 yards and a touchdown.
Omari Evans was the top receiver with five catches for 80 yards and a game-opening TD from Allar.
The Blue led 10-0 at halftime.
Both Allar and projected backup Beau Pribula competed for both teams.
Defensively, end Dani Dennis-Sutton made two sacks, and freshman linebacker Tony Rojas was credited with nine tackles.
