Pittsburgh Steelers’ training camp opens July 23

PITTSBURGH — For the 58th season, the Pittsburgh Steelers will report to Saint Vincent College in Latrobe for training camp on Wednesday, July 23, this summer.
Pittsburgh’s first open practice will take place on Thursday, July 24. The first padded practice will take place on Tuesday, July 29. On Friday, Aug. 1, the team will hold its annual night practice at Latrobe Memorial Stadium beginning at 7 p.m.
The Steelers’ final practice open to the public will be on Tuesday, Aug. 12.
Admission to open practices at Saint Vincent is free but attendees must have a mobile ticket. Season ticket holders will have early access to secure their tickets via Ticketmaster on Tuesday, June 24, at 10 a.m. Waitlist members follow at 11 a.m. The remaining tickets for the public will be available at noon.
All open practices at Saint Vincent begin at 1:55 p.m. The first exhibition game is slated for Saturday, Aug. 9, at Jacksonville at 7 p.m. The game will air on KDKA-TV. A joint practice with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be held on Thursday, Aug. 14, at 2 p.m. but that will be closed to the public. The regularly-scheduled exhibition game with the Bucs is Saturday, Aug. 16, at 7 p.m. The game will air on KDKA-TV.
