Donald G. “Don” Knarr, 79, Martinsburg, died Tuesday. He was born in Punxsutawney, son of Harry and Margaret (McAninch) Knarr. On Feb. 24, 2023, he married Kathryn (Steele), who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Brian and Brad; stepchildren: Eric, Heather, Joshua and Rachel; and an aunt, Evelyn. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Dale and Barbara. John A. Zerby, 76, Imler, died Tuesday. He was born in Roaring Spring, son of John and Jean (Kennedy) Zerby. He married Carol E. Knisely, who preceded him in death on July 7, 2012. Surviving are five sisters: Winnie, Tina, Hazel, Bonnie and Audra; a brother, Jerry; many nieces and nephews; and his friend, Mark and his family.
