John A. Zerby, 76, Imler, died Tuesday. He was born in Roaring Spring, son of John and Jean (Kennedy) Zerby. He married Carol E. Knisely, who preceded him in death on July 7, 2012. Surviving are five sisters: Winnie, Tina, Hazel, Bonnie and Audra; a brother, Jerry; many nieces and nephews; and his friend, Mark and his family. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Bob and Terry. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg.
