Another child abused in our area. Altoona, Claysburg, Roaring Spring, Bedford, etc. In other words, come to Pennsylvania if you want to abuse your infant, toddler, your child. This poor baby girl expects to be loved and cared for, not be a punching bag for her parents. Yes, both adults are responsible. I am 5 feet tall; if I saw a 12-foot monster coming at me I would bite him also. This dear little one was beaten from head to toe — you could buy a punching bag for $30 at Walmart.
