Janelle Parker, a teacher at Spring Cove School District, recently expressed her First Amendment Right of Free Speech on Facebook about Charlie Kirk and his murder. She also expressed her opinion of Donald Trump in a negative manner, which is also covered under the First Amendment. Her First Amendment speech was quickly responded to by angry comments and a demand for her to be fired at a school board meeting. These people were also expressing their First Amendment rights while demanding that Ms. Parker be denied hers and she be punished for using her rights of free speech. ...

Lakemont Park has lost its meaning of being a park. It used to be a place to have a good time and a lot of fun. Riding all of the different amusement rides during a visit was what a good day at the park had been. There were places to buy a lot of park-based snacks. The most popular was candied apples. It is reasonable to conclude that virtually all companies and all supervisory employees, at one time or another, have run into employees who wanted a job but didn’t really want to work — who wanted the pay but didn’t really want to put forth the effort to earn it.
