Fredrick Hamilton Rainear, 64, of Martinsburg, died Friday. Surviving are his life partner, Crist Clapper; triplet brothers, Floyd and Frank; a brother, Karl; and a sister, Ruth Kounelias, all in New Jersey; a niece, Lauren Drew; and nephew, Alex Kemble. He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin Rainear Sr. and Ruth (Varner) Rainear-Agans. Fred was a U.S. Army veteran and continued his service as a Captain in the Civil Air Patrol.
