Mildred Diane Bunn

Mildred Diane Bunn, 74, of Altoona, passed away Aug. 25, 2026, at Greenwood Village in Lewistown. Born in Williamsburg, she was the daughter of William and Mabel (Brenneman) Bunn, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded by three brothers. Mildred is survived by her siblings: Raymond, Susan, Penny, Greg and Becky. A 1969 graduate of Altoona Area High School, Mildred lived a simple, steady life rooted in family. Kenneth J. ‘Kenny’ Burkhart

Kenneth J. “Kenny” Burkhart, 81, Carrolltown, passed away Monday at Forest Hills Personal Care Home. He was born in Spangler, son of the late John and Dorothy (Cunningham) Burkhart. Kenny is survived by two sons, Shawn (Rebecca) Burkhart, Coalport, and Kenneth Burkhart Jr., Patton; and daughter, Michelle McNulty, Mt. Pleasant, S.C.; four grandchildren; and a special friend, Linda Holler, Carrolltown. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Honoring Kenny’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home Inc., Carrolltown.
