Mildred Diane Bunn, 74, of Altoona, passed away Aug. 25, 2026, at Greenwood Village in Lewistown. Born in Williamsburg, she was the daughter of William and Mabel (Brenneman) Bunn, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded by three brothers.
Mildred is survived by her siblings: Raymond, Susan, Penny, Greg and Becky.
A 1969 graduate of Altoona Area High School, Mildred lived a simple, steady life rooted in family. She didn't work outside the home, but she was present in the ways that matter most.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, at Juniata United Methodist Church, 808 N. Fourth St., Altoona.
Arrangements are by Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
