Robert J. “Bob” McConnell, 67, Altoona, passed away peacefully at home on Friday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Donald T. and Anna F. (Szczechowicz) McConnell. Patricia A. ‘Pat’ Wall

Patricia A. “Pat” Wall, 91, of Altoona, passed away Sunday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Robert J. and Dorothy M. (Hughes) Tierney. Surviving are three sons: Mark L., Michael R. and John P.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert J. Tierney Jr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur “Bill,” on April 1, 1995; and a sister, Sylvia Astrid Tierney. Pat was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. At the request of the family, all services will be private. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery.
