Patricia L. ‘Patti’ (Riley) Robinson

On May 16, 1981, she married Lawrence P. Robinson at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Altoona.

Surviving are her husband; her beloved daughter, Dawn L. (Marc) Abraham of Garland, Texas; her two grandchildren, whom she dearly loved, Ty M. Dragos and Brooke L. Dragos of Garland, Texas; brothers, Robert (Jan) Riley of Apollo, Pa., and Randy Riley of Saxonburg, Pa.; sisters: Kathleen (Dennis) Ducher of Gillette, Wyo.; Cindy (David) Brown of Salt Lake City, Utah; and Tammy (Ted) Lanich of Altoona.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Richard and Ronald Riley.

Patti was a 1970 graduate of Altoona Area High School.

She retired as a secretary in the District Court of Blair County and had also worked at Automotive Supply and Dr. Brande and Saad Optometrist.

Patti was a life member of B.A. Good VFW Auxiliary, Post 8685, where she served as past president, treasurer and secretary. She also belonged to the American Legion 424 and the Thursday Night Ladies Bowling League of the Frohsinn Singing Society, where she also served as president and secretary.

Patti loved traveling, doing crafts — especially plastic canvas and cross stitch — reading and playing golf, and she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren the most.

Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, 2024, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., 719 N. Fourth Ave., Altoona, where there will be a Prayer Vigil during the visitation.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21, 2024, at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Altoona. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery, Altoona.
