Evelyn L. Ritchey, 91, Martinsburg, passed away Thursday. She was born in Woodbury, daughter of the late Lester and Sara (Pepple) Sell. Her husband, Paul Jr., preceded her in death. Surviving are children: Cindy Barton and Kelly, Steven and Thomas Ritchey; several grandchildren; and siblings, Edwin Sell and H. Richard Sell.
