Evelyn L. Ritchey, 91, Martinsburg, passed away Thursday. She was born in Woodbury, daughter of the late Lester and Sara (Pepple) Sell. Her husband, Paul Jr., preceded her in death. Surviving are children: Cindy Barton and Kelly, Steven and Thomas Ritchey; several grandchildren; and siblings, Edwin Sell and H. Richard Sell. Evelyn was a graduate of Woodbury High School and a member and past deaconess of Woodbury Church of the Brethren. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until the service at noon Monday, Sept. 8, 2025, at Woodbury Church of the Brethren. Arrangements by Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Woodbury.
