Cameryn L. Bowser, 18, 1510 N.0 Fifth Ave., Altoona, charged by Altoona police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia, DUI and two traffic violations on Nov. 3.

Stephen D. McMaster, 57, 1000 W. Loop Road, Hollidaysburg, charged by state police with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness on Jan. 24.

Brandon E. Nelson, 26, 127 Cherry Valley Road, Saxonburg, charged by Williamsburg police with retail theft on Feb. 1.

Travis L. Hammond, 40, Blair County Prison, charged by Hollidaysburg police with contraband, possession of a controlled substance by an inmate and possession of a controlled substance on Jan. 21.

Shawn L. Warner, 1000 Sixth Ave., Duncansville, charged by Duncansville police with aggravated assault, simple assault, two counts of terroristic threats and harassment on Sept. 28, 2019.

Scott J. Allison, 39, 4614 Fourth Ave., charged by Altoona police with criminal trespass and harassment on Jan. 19. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court; other charge was withdrawn on Feb. 19.

John E. Farabaugh, 54, 2509 Pleasant Valley Blvd., and charged by Altoona police with burglary, criminal trespass, attempting to steal a motor vehicle, theft, criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment, disorderly conduct and theft of moveable property on Feb. 9. Charges of harassment and disorderly conduct were moved to nontraffic court; all other charges were withdrawn on Feb. 19.

Timothy S. Waite Jr., 39, 1421 Third Ave., second floor, charged by Altoona police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 11. Guilty plea was entered to charge of possession of a controlled substance; charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn Jan. 22.

Cory A. Burkett, 21, 1488 Coupon Gallitzin Road, Ashville, charged by Altoona police with false identification to law enforcement authorities, possession of drug paraphernalia and forgery on Dec. 8. Guilty pleas were entered to charges of false identification and possession of drug paraphernalia; other charge was withdrawn Jan. 15.

Tyler J. Bartley, 25, 2106 10th Ave., charged by Altoona police with criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 29. Guilty pleas were entered to charges of defiant trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia; other charges were withdrawn Jan. 22.

Mariena N. Pendleton, 32, 917 Third Ave., charged by Altoona police with forgery and public drunkenness on Feb. 2.
