Chipotle opens in Bellefonte

Chipotle Mexican Grill is now open for business at 2673 Benner Pike, Bellefonte.

Chipotle is a fast-casual restaurant chain known for its customizable menu featuring burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos and salads.

Business hours are 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

Breakfast Club hosts judges

The Blair County Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Club on May 21 at the Blair County Convention Center will provide a unique opportunity to hear from the five commissioned Blair County judges: Wade Kagarise, president judge; Jackie Atherton Bernard, David Consiglio, Louis Schmitt Jr. and Paula Aigner.

Boscov’s to hold fundraiser

In recognition of Memorial Day, Boscov’s Department Store will hold its upcoming “Honor Our Heroes” event, a special three-day fundraising and shopping event taking place both in-store and online May 23-25 at all Boscov’s locations.

This event honors our nation’s fallen military heroes and the first responders serving our communities by supporting nonprofit organizations that provide critical services, resources and support to military and first responder families.

Customers making a $5 donation will receive a 15% off shopping pass that can be used during the event, making it the perfect opportunity to save on summer essentials while giving back, with 100% of the $5 donations going to the partnering non-profit organizations.

Boscov’s aims to raise $1 million for nonprofit organizations supporting military families and first responders during the event.
