Mid Penn Bank seeks applicants for Woodside Scholarship

MILLERSBURG –– Mid Penn Bank is seeking applicants for its Anna Woodside Scholarship. The scholarship will recognize four outstanding high school seniors, awarding each winner $1,000 for college tuition expenses. “This scholarship was established in the name of Anna Woodside, a woman who had a significant impact on both Mid Penn Bank and the Central Pennsylvania community,” Mid Penn Bank president and CEO Rory G. Education Foundation announces scholarships

CLAYSBURG –– The Claysburg Education Foundation is accepting scholarship applications. In memory of Don Witherspoon The Bruno and Lena DeGol Family Foundation has awarded a $1,500 annual scholarship award to the foundation for a period of 10 years beginning in 2022. The scholarship will be awarded annually in memory of the late Donald E. Witherspoon to a Claysburg-Kimmel senior who will be pursuing a four-year degree.
