Sarah E. Garber of Bellwood and Jeremy T. Vogel of Altoona are engaged to be married.

Miss Garber is the daughter of Cindy Garber of Bellwood and the late Earl Garber.

She is a 2009 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High

School and attended Liberty University, Lynchburg, Va.

She is the owner and artist at Playtime Pottery, Hollidaysburg.

Mr. Vogel is the son of Theresa and Tom Vogel of Altoona.

He is a 2005 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 2014 graduate of the nursing program at Penn State Altoona.

He is a registered nurse at UPMC Altoona.

A Sept. 12 wedding is planned at The Inn at Edgewater Acres, Alexandria.
