Ashton Truby and Christopher Conrad of Lebanon, Pa., are engaged to be married.

Ashton is the daughter of Leo and Paula Truby of Altoona.

She is a 2015 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, Altoona. She graduated from Saint Francis University, Loretto, in 2019 with a bachelor of arts in public health and in 2020 with a master of public health degree.

She is a food and beverage training area manager at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts in Hershey.

Chris is the son of Randy and Linda Conrad of Altoona.

He is a 2003 graduate of Altoona Area High School and graduated from Penn State, University Park, in 2009 with a bachelor of architectural engineering degree.

He is a senior mechanical designer at Cuhaci Peterson in Ambler.

An October 2024 wedding is planned at Lake Raystown Resort, Entriken.
