EBENSBURG — The third annual Rumble Through The Valley Motorcycle Festival will be held July 31 and Aug. 1 at the American Legion Fairgrounds in Ebensburg. Penn State Altoona offers dance classes Penn State Altoona will host open dance classes from 1 to 2:15 p.m. Sundays, Jan. 25, Feb. 22, March 22 and April 26, in the dance studio, room 148 of the Misciagna Family Center for Performing Arts.
