Police academy celebrates cadet class at graduation

JOHNSTOWN –– The fourth class of the Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Police Academy (Cadet Class No. 92) was honored during a graduation ceremony held at the Richland Campus Auditorium on Friday, June 26.
