Wreaths Across America seeks sponsors Wreaths Across America is coming to a Bellwood area cemetery, and Patty Davis of Bellwood, president of the U.S. Armed Forces Mothers, is the location coordinator. Nearly 1,000 wreaths need to be sponsored for this event, which will be held Saturday, Dec. 19. The ceremony will be held at the Logan Valley Cemetery, 195 Stadium Drive, Bellwood. Hollidaysburg library sets May activities

The Hollidaysburg Area Public Library has announced its activities for May. The library will be closed May 23, 24 and 25 for the Memorial Day holiday. Canasta and Mah Jongg games are held at 11 a.m. Mondays. Beginners are welcome. Maker Mondays are held all day Mondays in the Children’s Room. A station will be set up with a different craft, challenge or activity each week. Storytime and Craft will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Fridays. Children must be accompanied by a caregiver.
