Tom and Marlene Russo are shown with selected volumes of “Fine Prints of the Year.” The couple recently donated an entire 16-volume set to the Altoona Area Public Library, in memory of their friend, Joe Servello. The library plans to make the volumes available for the community to view in the near future.
