BEDFORD — From sizzling burgers and slow-smoked brisket to elevated dishes like short rib and oxtail ragu, the Pennsylvania Beef Council is inviting beef lovers to explore the Commonwealth one bite at a time through the newly launched 2026 PA Beef Trail.

Featuring 73 unique stops across Pennsylvania, this year’s trail celebrates the incredible diversity of beef dishes served in restaurants from every corner of the state, showcasing everything from beloved small-town staples to chef-driven culinary experiences.

Designed as an interactive culinary road map, the 2026 PA Beef Trail features a user-friendly online platform with an interactive map and regional organization, making it easy for travelers, families, and food enthusiasts to discover standout beef destinations wherever their journey takes them.

“The PA Beef Trail highlights more than great meals; it’s a celebration of Pennsylvania’s beef community. The purpose of the trail is to support local restaurants and connect consumers with the incredible versatility of beef,” said Nichole Hockenberry, executive director of the Pennsylvania Beef Council. “This year’s trail truly showcases the creativity and passion behind beef dishes across the Commonwealth.”
