The Altoona Curve Booster Club held its Appreciation Dinner for the 2025 Altoona Curve Team at the Altoona Grand Hotel toward the end of the season.
Every year, the Booster Club recognizes each player and coach with a dinner and monetary gift to thank and honor them.
In addition to the team, the Altoona Curve Booster Club also recognizes individuals for their support and dedication to the Booster Club and its events during the season. This year, three individuals were recognized and given the gift of a Louisville Slugger bat with his name inscribed on it.
The three categories and awardees were: Altoona Curve Booster Club member, Barry Long; Altoona Curve Front Office staff member, Ed Moffett; and community member, Terry Dandrea of Blair Candy Co.
Booster events such as FanFest, Make-A-Wish Bowling with the Curve and the Appreciation Dinner would not be possible without the additional support of the community.
