R. Blaine Locke, 88, of Fanning Springs, Fla., formerly of Altoona, passed away peacefully Nov. 24, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was the son of William and Margaret (Pope) Locke. Blaine was married for 66 years to his beloved wife, Barbara (England) Locke, who survives. Seth Alexander Rundle, 22, of James Creek, passed away on Dec. 3, 2025, in Pittsburgh. He was born in Altoona, a son of Robert Frye Jr. and Wendy E. (Rundle) Olinger. Robert L. Keefer, 78, of Harrisburg, passed away Friday at UPMC Community General Osteopathic Hospital. He was born in Tyrone, a son of the late Clarence and Betty Jane (Kirkpatrick) Keefer.
