The 2,587-square-foot, two-story home includes four bedrooms, a den, an attached two-car garage and generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
Tapered columns set on square stone-veneer bases frame the front of the home, while multi-paned windows, traditional siding, stone accents and prominent gables reinforce its Craftsman character.
Inside, a two-story foyer provides a bright introduction to the home.
A flexible room just off the entry can serve as either a formal living room or dining room, depending on the household's needs.
The heart of the first floor is the open kitchen, breakfast nook and family room. Large windows along the rear wall bring in natural light, while a corner gas fireplace provides a focal point without closing off the room.
The breakfast nook also connects directly to a partially covered rear patio through wide sliding glass doors. The outdoor space provides room for dining, grilling or relaxing, and the covered section can be screened.
