Mint to sell $1 coin depicting Trump
The U.S. Mint will start selling a $1 coin to celebrate America's 250th birthday, featuring President Donald Trump's face on one side.
The coin's design, approved by the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts, includes Trump's visage as "heads" and the Great Seal of the United States as "tails." A roll of 25 coins costs $61, and a bag of 100 costs $154.50. Special-issue coins are hidden in some rolls and bags.

Group seeks to block use of databases
LOS ANGELES -- An immigrant rights group has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration to block the Department of Homeland Security from using federal databases that the group alleges are being used to target naturalized citizens who are eligible to register to vote.
The lawsuit -- filed Wednesday in federal court in Washington, D.C., on behalf of the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights -- alleges that DHS and the U.S. Justice Department are interfering with fair elections by using inaccurate federal databases in an attempt to buttress allegations of voter fraud.

Jury heads home without verdict again
PLYMOUTH -- Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial have gone home without a verdict after a fifth day of deliberations.
They have twice said they can't agree on whether the Massachusetts mother is criminally responsible for killing her three young children. The jury will return on Thursday.

Russian strikes kill two civilians
KYIV -- Officials say Russian aerial attacks have killed two civilians and wounded six in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro. The Kyiv and Odesa regions also were heavily targeted Wednesday.
The air war between Russia and Ukraine has intensified as the conflict extends into its fifth year. The front line in eastern and southern Ukraine remains largely deadlocked.

No signs Ebola outbreak is slowing
BUNIA -- Congo's Ebola outbreak has killed more than 3,000 people out of more than 6,100 confirmed cases. That's according to the latest government statistics from Wednesday.
The disease is spreading at an unprecedented speed that is faster than efforts to track and slow it. Numbers from Congo's Ministry of Health show that the outbreak has recorded 6,186 confirmed cases including 3,007 deaths. It remains the fastest-growing outbreak of the disease ever.

Macron, King Charles III hail ties
LONDON -- French President Emmanuel Macron and Britain's King Charles III have visited the Bayeux Tapestry at the British Museum. They hailed the 1,000-year-old artwork as a symbol of the intertwined histories of France and Britain.
The tapestry, depicting the 1066 Norman conquest of England, is on loan from France for a 10-month exhibition. That marks the first time it has been in Britain since the 11th century.
