BEDFORD — With a second-place finish at 113 pounds as a freshman last season in the District 6 Class 2A wrestling tournament, Penn Cambria’s Trent Hoover established a good building block for himself. Marko sets Blair record

CLAYSBURG — Dave Marko became the all-time winningest coach in Blair County high school wrestling history after Central knocked off Claysburg-Kimmel, 33-26, on Tuesday. Marko won his 318th career victory to move one ahead of former Altoona coach Marty Rusnak. Marko had won 234 victories in 18 seasons at Claysburg-Kimmel and has now won 84 in eight seasons at Central.
