Lady Lion gymnasts still perfect at 5-0
WAYNESBORO — The Altoona Area High School gymnastics team continued its winning ways Thursday night, disposing of Waynesboro, 130.4-124.95 in scholastic action. With the win, the Lady Lions are now 5-0. “Outstanding team effort, led by Linae Heaster and Karis McGhee in the all around,” Altoona coach Mark Biseli said. Heaster won the vault with a mark of 9.05, and also took home top honors in the floor exercise with an 8.6 mark. McGhee finished first in the bars with a score of 8.35.
