Lady Lions leave Butler with win

BUTLER — The Altoona girls basketball team used a 22-8 showing in the third quarter Saturday to beat Butler, 68-41, at the Butler Tournament on Saturday in high school play. Lanie Wilt and Raylin Eyer each had 15 points for the Lady Lions, who improved to 8-2. Zaelihn Nguyen-Moore chipped in 13 for Altoona, which led, 30-24, at halftime.
