Athlete of the week achievement: Consiglio scored a team-high 15 points and played a role in a game-opening 10-0 run to lead Bishop Guilfoyle Academy to a victory over Ligonier Valley in the opening round of the PIAA Class 3A tournament.

Season update: Consiglio is averaging 15 points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals per game for the Marauders, who will play South Park in the second round of the PIAA tournament on Wednesday.

His motor and competitiveness drive our team. He is also one of the winningest athletes in school history. He’s won 93 games at BG, he has district championships in both sports and was on two football teams that went to the state championship. I’ve been fortunate to be around him since sixth grade and wouldn’t trade him for anyone.”
