Notable: The Rutgers dual will be Penn State’s first action in three weeks since the Collegiate Duals, where the Lions beat North Dakota State (46-0) and Stanford (42-0). … Josh Barr was named the Big Ten’s Wrestler of the Week after going 5-0 at the Southern Scuffle last weekend. Along with Barr, Asher Cunningham, Connor Pierce, Joe Sealey, and Will Henckel also won titles in the Scuffle. … Redshirt freshman Mason Gibson and true freshman Devon Magro, both graduates of Bishop McCort, are members of the Scarlet Knights. Gibson owns an 8-3 record at 141, while Magro is 7-4 while competing at 149. … Rutgers, which comes into Saturday ranked 19th by InterMat, is coming off winning the Midlands Championships on Dec. 29-30. The Knights had two champions in the tournament in Shane Cartagena-Welsh (184) and Hunter Catka (285).
