Penn State signed two more players to the class of 2019 on national signing day part two Wednesday, bringing the Nittany Lions’ class size to 23. Penn State’s class ranks No. 13 in the country and No. 2 in the Big Ten (Michigan is No. 8 overall), according to 247Sports.
