UNIVERSITY PARK — The movement on Penn State’s coaching staff continues. Running backs coach Ja’Juan Seider, according to published reports, is leaving the Nittany Lions to become the RBs coach at Notre Dame. Seider, who spent the last seven seasons at PSU, was also the Lions’ assistant head coach and co-offensive coordinator.
