DAYTON, Ohio — The Penn State men’s basketball team dropped a 78-62 exhibition game at Dayton Sunday afternoon at UD Arena. The charity exhibition game was held in support of adolescent and young adult mental health and suicide prevention. The exhibition game does not count toward official records or statistics. Franklin calls PSU tenure ‘great run,’ says he plans to coach again

James Franklin put some closure on his Penn State tenure by appearing as a guest on ESPN Gameday Saturday morning. IOWA CITY – The post-James Franklin era began the way it ended. Penn State fell to Iowa, 25-24, Saturday night at Kinnick Stadium and extended the Nittany Lions’ losing streak to four games.
