UNIVERSITY PARK — Penn State men’s basketball coach Mike Rhoades announced the signing of guard Andy Gemao on Wednesday for the 2026-27 season. Gemao, a native of the Philippines who played at Royal Crown School in Toronto, Ontario, comes to Penn State as a freshman. In two seasons of scholastic ball in Canada, Gemao, a 6-foot-1 guard, totaled 712 points, 256 assists and 122 rebounds as a team captain.
