BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — This has been a great bounce-back week for the Curve, and they had a strong bounce-back effort late in Thursday’s game to keep it going. Binghamton rallied from a four-run deficit to tie in the late innings, but Altoona regrouped in time with two runs in the ninth for an 8-6 win at Maritoba Stadium. Following a lengthy rain delay, Altoona rallied in the bottom of the ninth to defeat the Akron RubberDucks, 2-1, in front of a crowd of 3,508 at PNG Field on Friday night.
